Given the recent legislative changes that have significantly restricted an injured worker's access to quality medical care, the Law Offices of Thomas M. Pegnim now assists medical providers and outpatient surgery centers with reimbursement for treatment that has been denied or would not otherwise be compensated for through the normal billing process in a workers' compensation claim. While we work with medical providers and outpatient surgery centers for all dates of injury, we primarily focus on reimbursement for denied treatment and treatment provided before January 1, 2004. By helping the medical community obtain reimbursement for the much needed care, we are able to further assist our clients in their recovery process.
